TiviGridShort version: we do not collect any data. There are no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no account with us. Everything you enter stays on your device, or on a recorder you run yourself.
01Data we collect
None. The developer does not operate any server that receives data from the app. We do not collect, store, sell or share personal data, usage data, diagnostics, device identifiers or location. The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking software, and it does not use the advertising identifier.
02Data stored on your device
To work, the app stores the following on your device only:
- Provider accounts: server address and username. Passwords are stored in the iOS Keychain, which is encrypted by iOS.
- Favourites, settings, guide sources you add, recording timers and the address of your own recorder, if you use one.
- Recordings and saved catch-up programmes, kept in the app's own storage until you delete them or export them to the Files app.
- Cached guide data and channel logos, to make the app faster.
This data may be included in your device backups (iCloud or computer) according to your own iOS backup settings. We have no access to those backups. Deleting the app removes its data from the device.
03Network connections the app makes
The app connects only to the following. None of these connections goes to the developer.

Each of these services may see your IP address and log requests under its own privacy policy. Your provider in particular is a third party you chose; its handling of your data is governed by its own terms, not this policy.
04Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, email address or payment details. The app only receives confirmation from Apple, on the device, of which purchases are active. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
05The optional Recorder
The TiviGrid Recorder is free software that you install and run on your own computer. It stores your provider details, timers and recordings on that computer. It does not send data to the developer. You are responsible for securing the computer and network it runs on.
06Permissions
- Local network: used only to find and talk to your own Recorder on your network.
- Notifications (if you allow them): used to tell you when a recording finishes or fails. These are local notifications created on the device. The app does not use push notifications and sends no data to us.
07Children
The app is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country), because we collect no data at all.
08Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. You can delete all app data at any time by deleting accounts and recordings in the app, or by deleting the app. For data held by your IPTV provider, contact your provider.
09Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. If a future version of the app ever collects data, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before that version is released.
